As many cue types as your show needs

The nine-slot limit on cue types is gone. Twenty of them get their own key, and a new cue picker drops any cue type at the exact moment you pressed the key — even while you're still typing its name.

Press 0 for slot 10, and Shift + 1–0 for slots 11–20
Press C to open the cue picker: type part of a name or a slot number and hit Enter to drop any cue type
The cue picker remembers where the playhead was when you pressed C, so the marker lands on the hit, not where playback got to while you were typing
Numpad digits drop cue types too

Key caps across the app show each cue type's actual shortcut (like 0 or ⇧4), and cue types beyond 20 are marked so you know to reach them with C
The marker list's hotkey legend shows how many more cue types are available through the picker
Trim stems to the playhead

Cut the count-in, the silence, or the long tail off a stem right on the timeline — without ever touching the original file. The cue types panel has been redesigned to be easier to read at a glance.

Cut start and Cut end on every stem — park the playhead where the music should begin or end, and everything outside it drops away
Cutting the start pulls what's left back to 00:00, so the part you kept begins the track
A restore button appears on any trimmed stem and brings the full audio back — trims are non-destructive, so your source files are never modified
The timeline, snapping, and track length all follow the trimmed region, so a trimmed stem behaves like a shorter one

Applying a preset now asks for confirmation before it replaces the cue types already on a track

Rename tracks, play M4A/AAC files (even ones saved as .mp3), and enjoy a timeline that stays locked to playback — the view now scrolls under a centred playhead and stops on its own at the end of the track.
